for a LISS low intensity aerobics workout, and can mark the elapsed minutes and seconds according to the users choice.By clicking on the little man in the squat, it can be used for a high intensity HICT or HITT workout based on the "7 minute workout" with a voice that marks the exercises previously set with alarms at each exercise and at each pause.
Exercise time is set at 30 seconds with a 10 second pause.The settings for both the stopwatch and the training can be changed by clicking on the numbers next to the notification icons.It starts by tapping the green button, pauses with the orange button and resets with the red button.An activity report is annotated and can be copied to save it in a text file.
